know why? Is benchmarking like high school algebra - you learned
to do it but don't know when you'll ever use it? This session
will provide you with the simple documents and spreadsheets used
to count and record mail volumes and also some other tips and
tricks to making benchmarking, identifying the correct data to
use and reporting the information a successful business "best
practice" for every C&U mail center.
